2nd Annual Craft Fair and Yard Sale attracted 32 vendors! Adina Lemeshow was organizer of the Fair that was held behind 165 and 185 on June 20, 2026.

Shoe Drive: A Success
Project Open’s first charitable event took place at the 2026 Crafts Fair on behalf of Soles4Souls where we collected 320+ pairs of shoes and boots.
We were overwhelmed with the response (we could barely fit all 320+ pairs of donated shoes into one car to transport them to the drop-off place). Thanks to all of those who donated.
Why Shoes?
Millions of shoes are produced each year and are never fully used, ending up in landfills or wasted entirely. At Soles4Souls, a 20-year old not-for-profit, shoes are distributed to various programs around the world to help those in need. Shoes are repurposed either to provide relief or to help create jobs through the selling of shoes in developing countries.
